One of my favourite villains of all-time, from one of my favourite movies of all-time!

I remember being stuck in standstill traffic, in the work truck running on FUMES that evening. We were on the highway, hungry + tired + agitated, and then I saw this guy pull up next to me. Totally brought the mood up!
