We had to get a “sheep” one, right?

“SHEEP – 1”.. Sheep, as in ‘a follower’, a follower who followed others with custom plates?

Or maybe this is all unwarranted – and truth may be that the custom licence plate owner just loves sheep! Or even owns sheep.. Perhaps on some farm?
